Yes. Paid plans come with a free trial of 7 days, and you do not enter any card details. The trial does not start when you sign up; it starts when you press the button to activate it at the payment step. When it ends, your dashboard pauses until you renew, while your site and your students carry on as normal.
No. You do not write code or buy hosting or a domain. Your platform runs straight away at an address with your name, like ahmed.snatr.com, and everything in it is set up from the dashboard.
You go through a few short steps in order. First we set up your platform, then you activate your subscription or start the free trial, then you confirm your WhatsApp number with a code sent to it, and finally you enter your site's name and upload your logo. After that you are in the dashboard and can start adding your courses and students.
Because your account is tied to it. It has to be an Egyptian mobile number of 11 digits starting with 01. A confirmation code is sent to it during setup, and that step has to be completed before you reach the dashboard.
Your address is made from the platform name you enter in English, like ahmed.snatr.com. You can change it later from the dashboard, but the old address stops working the moment you do, so it is best to choose it carefully from the start. The site name your students see can be edited at any time, in Arabic and in English.
Students still register as normal; we do not close registration or the platform. Each extra student is billed at your plan's per-student rate from your wallet, and if the wallet cannot cover it, the amount is recorded and taken from the next money that comes in. You get a warning before you reach the limit, and the same applies to video storage.
Yes. Choosing a design is not a signup step. Once you are in the dashboard you pick your platform's look from the ready-made designs and edit it without code. Your plan includes a number of free designs, and you can buy others if you want.
