Terms of Use

Your account, and your responsibility for it

You are responsible for your password and for anything done from your account. If you think someone else has access, change it and tell us straight away.

If you create assistant accounts, you are responsible for what they do with the permissions you granted them.

Your content stays yours

The courses, video and assessments you upload remain yours. You give us a limited permission to host them and show them to your students through the platform, and nothing more.

You confirm that you hold the rights to that content and that it does not infringe anyone else's.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone's rights
• Do not attempt to breach the platform or reach another teacher's data
• Do not use the platform for spam or fraud

Subscription and capacity

Each plan includes a number of students and an amount of storage. If you go past a limit we bill the excess at your plan's per-unit rate — we do not cut the service off and we do not block a new student from registering because of it.

Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Where the matter is not serious we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Limits of liability

We work to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. Our liability in any case is limited to what you paid us in the most recent subscription period.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change is material we will tell you before it takes effect, and the date above shows when they were last updated.
