What we collect from you

When you create a teacher account we collect your name, email address, mobile number and the platform name you chose. That is the minimum needed to build your platform and to reach you.

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, platform name and subdomain
• Usage: which dashboard screens you open and when you last signed in
• Payment records: the amount, the date and the method — we record the transaction, not your card details

Your students' data

A teacher enters their students' details, and those details stay the teacher's. We host, secure and process them on the teacher's behalf. We do not use them for anything else and we do not sell them.

If you are a teacher: you are responsible for having a guardian's consent to enter a student's details, and for collecting only what the teaching actually requires.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and dark mode preference. The sign-in cookies are essential — without them you cannot stay signed in.

Services we rely on

Lesson video is stored and encrypted on a separate video hosting platform. We use analytics to measure use of the public marketing site — those run on Snatr's own public pages only, not inside a teacher's dashboard and not on teachers' own sites.

How long we keep data

We keep your account data for as long as the account is active. If you close it we delete personal data within a reasonable period, except financial records we are required to retain.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will respond.
