The free trial
Plans with a free trial start without a charge. If you cancel before the trial ends nothing is taken, so there is no refund to make.
Monthly subscription
You can request a refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of it being taken, as long as your use of the platform in that period was limited. After 14 days the current month is non-refundable, and you can cancel renewal at any time.
Extra capacity and themes
Extra capacity — students or storage — is counted from the moment it is activated, so it is not refundable once used. A paid theme is not refundable once it is live on your platform, because it is fully available to you from that point.
Students' payments
When a student pays a teacher, that is between the student and the teacher — Snatr only moves the money. A student's refund request goes to their teacher, who decides it.
How to request a refund
Write to us on email or WhatsApp with the account name, the payment date and the reason. We reply within working days, and an accepted refund is returned by the same method it was paid.
