Going over a limit bills, it does not block
If you pass your plan's student count, the new student still registers and the difference is billed to you. We do not shut the door mid-term.

Do I need technical skills to start?
No. You sign up, choose how the platform looks, and upload your first course. There is no hosting to configure, no domain to buy and no code to write.
What address will my platform have?
A subdomain of your own, like ahmed.snatr.com, chosen when you sign up. Connecting your own domain is not supported yet.
How is video protected?
Video is encrypted, and the decryption key goes to the browser itself rather than to the page — so it cannot be pulled down with a browser extension, with a site that asks you to paste a link, or with a tool like yt-dlp. What the encryption does not stop is someone filming the screen, and we would rather say so here than let you find it out later.
What if I go over my plan's student count?
The student registers as normal and the excess is billed at your plan's per-unit rate. We do not block registration and we do not close the platform.
Can I have assistants working with me?
Yes, and you decide exactly which screens each assistant sees and what they can do there. You can suspend an account at any moment, and open sessions end immediately.
How do I receive my students' payments?
They land in your wallet as soon as the student pays, and become available to withdraw after a short hold. You request the withdrawal from the dashboard and follow its status.
Is there a free trial?
Some plans start with a free trial — it is written on the plan itself on the pricing page.
Can I change how the platform looks later?
Yes, at any time. You can try every theme and edit it from the dashboard, and what you save appears on your platform straight away.
