An accounting software company that started in Egypt in 2004, with branches in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Iraq, and a program for managing educational centers: accounts, students, barcode attendance, instalments and inventory. Its Egypt price page sells lifetime licences from 4,000 EGP, and its pages mention no online courses.
DEXEF is an accounting software company that started in Egypt in 2004, and its website is dexef.com. It has branches in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Iraq, and its software runs on Windows, Android and iOS, with a cloud version too.
It has a page called "Educational center management software". It covers student files, enrolment in courses, attendance times and collections, barcode attendance, and alerts by text message and email. It also covers fee invoices and instalments, a point of sale for selling books and services, inventory, and more than 250 reports.
DEXEF's strength is accounting and working offline. The software installs on your computer and carries on if the internet drops. The editions with published prices are sold as a lifetime licence instead of a monthly subscription. They also have other programs such as Smart and ERP that are sold as cloud products, with prices not published on the website. After purchase, their team trains the employee you choose and enters the initial data with them.
What DEXEF's pages do not cover is teaching online. There is no mention of video courses, live classes, online exams or a site in the teacher's name where students buy.

These prices come from DEXEF's "accounting software prices in Egypt" page on 16 October 2026, each marked "own the software for life". The same page says major updates and technical support may require a fee of 15% a year of the contract value. The price page linked in their menu shows the same editions in dollars, from 400 to 1,500 USD. The educational centers page does not say which edition suits a center, so ask the sales engineer before choosing.
If you deal with the dollar page, the Central Bank of Egypt selling rate was 53.5314 EGP on 15 October 2026. So 400 USD is about 21,413 EGP, more than 5 times the price on the Egypt page. Ask for the EGP price before you pay.
On Snatr, your plan counts students enrolled in a course or group on the platform. A center student who only attends at the branch, with no online enrolment, does not count, so the Starter plan can cover a center with hundreds of students. If you have 120 students enrolled online on Starter, you pay for 20 extra students at 15 EGP, which is 300 EGP once, and the seats stay yours. In short: DEXEF manages the center's accounts, but to teach online and collect from students you would need a second platform beside it, at its own price. On Snatr both are in one subscription, and your price reaches you in full.
Does DEXEF accept EGP, Fawry and wallets?
DEXEF's educational centers page mentions cash, cards, instalments, wallets and online payment, without naming the payment gateway or saying where the money goes. On Snatr students pay by card, Fawry and wallets, and the money goes into your wallet.

But if you want students to pay from home with Fawry or Vodafone Cash, ask before you buy: which gateway? How does the money reach me? What are the fees?
On Snatr the money becomes available to withdraw after a holding period, currently 7 days, and the minimum withdrawal is currently 100 EGP. A code you sell for cash opens a course or a group, or adds credit for the student on your site.

Does DEXEF have online courses and protected video?
DEXEF's pages do not mention video courses or video protection. The software enrols the student in a course and calculates its fees; it does not show them the lesson. Snatr has courses with encrypted video that you sell in EGP, and well-known download tools cannot download it.

Screen recording is not blocked on Snatr, and neither is a phone filming the screen. The watermark deters, because the student's name shows on the recording, but it is not proof. On Snatr, the QR card carries a signed code that cannot be forged. But a card can be photographed and sent to someone else, so this is attendance by card, not by fingerprint. The four assistant templates are front desk, branch supervisor, academic assistant and full access.

Can I sell activation codes and create discount coupons on Snatr?
Yes. Snatr generates cards with activation codes that you print and sell for cash. A code opens a specific course or group, or adds credit for the student on your site. A coupon is a percentage or a fixed amount, on the whole site, a course, a group or a stage, and each student can use it once.
Does Snatr take a percentage of my sales?
No. On Snatr your price reaches you in full. If a student pays online, the payment commission is added on top of your price and paid by the student, not deducted from you. A student who pays you cash is recorded manually with no commission at all.
If my students exceed my plan on Snatr, do sign-ups stop?
No. New students sign up as usual, and an extra student is charged once when they join, not every month: 15 EGP on Starter, 10 on Basic and 7 on Pro. A center student who only attends at the branch, with no online enrolment, does not count at all.
