What is the Manhali platform, and who is it for?

Manhali is an Arabic platform that builds you an online academy under your own name, from which you sell courses and digital products such as books and templates. Its site is manhali.com, and it describes itself as built for trainers, training centers and content creators in the Arab world.

Manhali's prices are in Saudi riyals, and its WhatsApp and phone numbers are Saudi. Its payments page talks about selling in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and mentions Egypt in a single sentence as a supported market. When we opened its pricing page from Egypt on 6 October 2026, the prices still showed in riyals.

Manhali is focused on selling and marketing. It has a drag-and-drop page builder, discount coupons, and offers that suggest another product to the buyer. It also has messages that bring back people who left their cart without paying, certificates with a verification code, and analytics that tell you where each sale came from. These are tools for a trainer who sells to a large audience through ads.

What is missing from Manhali's features is the part an Egyptian teacher lives in every day. There are no scheduled groups, no attendance register at the center, and no portal for the parent who wants to know whether their child attended. That is the core difference between it and Snatr.

Snatr, at snatr.com, also builds you a platform under your name, but it was made for the teacher and the tutoring center in Egypt from the start. The student pays in EGP, and the center and online teaching live in one account. If you are comparing Snatr with other platforms too, see all Snatr comparisons.

Which is cheaper for an Egyptian teacher: Manhali or Snatr?

Snatr is cheaper for an Egyptian teacher. A teacher with 100 students paying 300 EGP receives 29,001 EGP a month on Snatr, and 27,397 EGP on Manhali before payment fees.

In Snatr

  • Starter: 999 EGP a month, 100 students, 50 GB, and an extra student costs 15 EGP.
  • Basic: 1,999 EGP, 200 students, 150 GB, and an extra student costs 10 EGP.
  • Pro: 2,999 EGP, 400 students, 300 GB, an extra student costs 7 EGP, plus live classes and a custom domain.
  • Your price reaches you in full, and the platform fee is added for the student on top of your price.
  • The subscription is in EGP, and registration does not stop if your students exceed the plan.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Starter: 79 SAR (1,103 EGP), 10 courses, 1,000 students, 10 GB and a 5% commission.
  • Growth: 199 SAR (2,778 EGP), 50 courses, unlimited students, 50 GB and a 2% commission.
  • Pro: 399 SAR (5,569 EGP), unlimited courses and students, 200 GB and no commission.
  • Business: 799 SAR (11,152 EGP), everything unlimited, and 3 separate platforms.
  • The payment company's fees are deducted from you separately, and the rate is not published.

Example: a teacher with 100 students paying 300 EGP a month

Snatr leaves you about 1,600 EGP more a month

Exchange rate: 1 Saudi riyal = 13.9574 EGP, the Central Bank of Egypt selling rate on 6 October 2026. The difference is 1,604 EGP a month, about 19,244 EGP a year, before Manhali's payment fees. On Snatr the student pays the platform fee on top of the 300 EGP, so if you want them to pay exactly 300, set your price a little lower.

What reaches you each month117,001 EGP115,520 EGP minus payment fees115,827 EGP minus payment fees

If you pay Manhali a year in advance, the plans drop to 59, 149, 299 and 599 SAR a month. But you pay the whole year at once, which is 9,882 EGP for the Starter plan. Manhali's terms say subscription fees are not refunded once activated.

If you connect a payment gateway in your own name on Manhali, its commission becomes 0% on every plan. But that means a merchant account with a payment company such as Paymob, and its fees are on you. Manhali's own subscription is in riyals, so you will need a card that accepts payment in a foreign currency, and the bank may charge currency conversion fees.

With 400 students paying 300 EGP, Snatr leaves you 117,001 EGP a month. Manhali's best option leaves you 115,827 EGP before payment fees: the Pro plan billed yearly, which is 50,079 EGP paid at once at the start of the year. If you have far more students than that, do the math yourself with the plan prices.

Manhali's first plan has 10 GB, and its help center says a resource that reaches its limit can stop you from uploading files. On Snatr, if a student paid you cash at the center, you enroll them in the course manually with no commission at all. See Snatr's pricing in detail.

In short: Pick the Snatr plan that covers your number of students. 400 students on the Starter plan would cost you 5,499 EGP a month, and on Pro only 2,999 EGP.

Does Manhali accept payment in Egyptian pounds, Fawry and wallets?

Manhali's pages do not say the student can pay with Fawry or wallets, and do not mention withdrawals to Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. Snatr has both, and payment is in EGP.

In Snatr

  • The student pays in EGP by card, Visa or Mastercard.
  • Fawry: the student gets a code and pays it at any Fawry outlet within 24 hours.
  • Mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash.
  • You withdraw to Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or your bank account.
  • You do not need to open an account with any payment company.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Payment gateways: Moyasar, Paymob, Stripe and PayPal.
  • Fawry and wallets are not mentioned on any of its pages.
  • You choose the site currency in the settings, and the available currencies are not listed.
  • Withdrawals by bank transfer with IBAN and SWIFT (the bank's international code), or PayPal.
  • How long the balance is held before withdrawal is not written.

Manhali's payments page says it supports the Gulf and Egyptian markets, without details. So if EGP, Fawry and wallets matter to your students, ask Manhali before you subscribe: are they available on its gateway, or do you need to connect a Paymob account in your own name?

On Snatr the money goes into your wallet and becomes available to withdraw after a holding period, currently 7 days. The minimum withdrawal is currently 100 EGP.

Protecting video from downloads: Manhali or Snatr?

Snatr encrypts the video file itself, so download tools fail, and that is measured. Manhali protects the viewing link with a temporary link, and does not mention file encryption or a watermark.

In Snatr

  • Uploaded video is encrypted, and its key goes to the browser's decryption module, not to the page.
  • Downloader extensions, "paste your link and download" sites and yt-dlp cannot download it.
  • A watermark with the student's name moves across the video.
  • A student is signed in on one device at a time: signing in on a new device signs the old one out.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Every view runs from a temporary link that renews automatically.
  • The temporary link reduces sharing of the video link outside the platform.
  • Encryption of the file itself is not mentioned, and neither is a watermark with the student's name.
  • You can store on Manhali, or connect Vimeo, Bunny.net and YouTube.

The measurement on Snatr: without the key the file comes out as noise, with a similarity to the original of only 10.6 dB. With the key it plays cleanly at 59.9 dB, and the higher the number, the closer the picture is to the original. Manhali has not published any measurement like this.

On iPhone and iPad the video plays normally, and ready-made download tools fail there too. But the protection there is somewhat weaker against someone technically skilled. This protection is for the video you upload to Snatr; a YouTube link in a lesson stays a regular YouTube video.

Screen recording is not blocked on Snatr, and neither is a phone filming the screen. The watermark deters, because the student's name shows on the recording, but it is not proof. Learn how video protection works on Snatr.

Live classes: Zoom on Manhali, or streaming inside the platform on Snatr?

Snatr has live streaming from inside your own platform on the Pro plan (2,999 EGP a month), without Zoom or Google Meet. Manhali connects your live classes to Zoom, and that integration is listed on its Pro plan.

In Snatr

  • Students watch your class on your platform, under your name, with chat and raised hands.
  • You can give a student the mic to speak in front of classmates.
  • Assistants can moderate the mics, the chat and who gets in.
  • Attendance is recorded automatically: present or late.
  • Class recording is a feature that gets switched on, and the recording is added to the student group.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Zoom integration is listed among the Pro plan's features.
  • Pro costs 399 SAR a month, or 299 if you pay a year in advance.
  • Streaming from inside the platform itself is not mentioned.

A Zoom integration means the class runs in another program, with attendance and the group somewhere else. On Snatr's Pro plan the class, attendance and the group are in one place, on your platform and under your name.

Live streaming on Snatr is not encrypted like uploaded video. It has a watermark and a temporary link, and screen recording works.

Exams and certificates: who has what?

Both platforms have self-grading exams and completion certificates with a verification code. On Snatr the grade also reaches the parent.

In Snatr

  • True or false, multiple choice and multiple answer, all graded automatically.
  • A written question you grade yourself, in group exams only.
  • The grade shows to the student, and to the parent from their portal.
  • A printable completion certificate, with a QR code that opens a verification page on your site.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Single choice, multiple choice, true or false, and short answers you grade by hand.
  • A pass mark, a number of attempts and a time limit in minutes.
  • Automatic or manual completion certificates, with a verification code and a PDF file.

If you sell professional courses and the student wants a certificate for their CV, both platforms issue certificates anyone can verify. If you teach a school curriculum, the grade the parent sees matters more than a certificate.

I run a tutoring center. Does Manhali work for attendance, branches and parents?

No. Manhali's published features include no center attendance register, no branches and groups, no QR card and no parent portal. Snatr was built for the center from the start.

In Snatr

  • Branches and groups with schedules and a number of seats, and an attendance register for every session.
  • Attendance by a printed QR card for each student, or by hand.
  • A parent portal on your site, where the parent sees their child's attendance and grades.
  • Assistants and front-desk staff with their own accounts, and 4 ready-made permission presets.
  • The center and your online courses in the same account.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • No attendance, branches or parents in its published features.
  • The training centers page says not to treat marketing numbers as an attendance record.
  • If you need specific attendance reports, it tells you to send a sample to their team to review.
  • A team with 7 roles, such as accountant and customer support.

A QR card on Snatr carries a signed code that cannot be forged, and the assistant scans it at the door. But the card can be photographed and sent to someone else, so this is attendance by card, not by fingerprint.

The four assistant presets are front desk, branch supervisor, academic assistant and full access. If you remove a permission from an assistant, it is removed at that moment, without them signing out and back in.

In short: If you run a center, Manhali will cover only the online side, and you will still need a paper register or another program for attendance and parents. See center management on Snatr.

A session attendance register for a center on Snatr, with a button to scan a student's QR card, each student's status as present, late, absent or excused, the time it was recorded, and an attendance rate of 63%
A branch session attendance register on Snatr. The data shown is an illustrative example.

A platform under your name and a custom domain: what is the difference?

Both platforms give you a site under your name. On Manhali a custom domain is on every plan and you connect it yourself. On Snatr it is on the Pro plan only, and the Snatr team buys and connects it.

In Snatr

  • A site in your name from day one.
  • A custom domain is on the Pro plan only, and not available during the trial.
  • The Snatr team buys and connects the domain, and the first year is free with the plan.
  • 30 ready-made designs you edit without code, and the first two are free.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Your link looks like yourname.manhali.com.
  • A custom domain on every plan, according to its home page.
  • You buy the domain yourself and add the connection settings yourself.
  • A drag-and-drop page builder and a template library, from the Growth plan.

Manhali's help center says a custom domain may be locked to a particular plan, so confirm with them before you subscribe. On Snatr, once the domain is connected, the old link redirects to it automatically, along with your Google ranking.

On Snatr you pick a ready design and change your text, colors and images, with no code and without building every page yourself. Browse Snatr's designs.

Sales and marketing tools: do you need them as a teacher in Egypt?

Manhali has sales pages, offers that suggest another course, abandoned-cart messages and tracking for every sale, built for selling through ads to a large audience. Coupons are on both platforms. A teacher in Egypt gets students through the center and parents, and that is what Snatr is built on.

In Snatr

  • Discount coupons as a percentage or a fixed amount, but no affiliate marketing.
  • No email marketing messages.
  • No multiple teachers with split earnings on the same platform.
  • Marketing is up to you, and you share your platform link with your students yourself.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • Discount coupons, and offers that suggest another course to the student while they are buying.
  • A link sent automatically to someone who left their cart without paying, from the Growth plan.
  • Short links that track every sale, plus Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel integration.
  • Digital products such as books sold on their own, and a blog inside your site.
  • Up to 10 trainers on Pro, and student sign-in with a Google account.

Think about your students before you choose based on marketing tools. A Thanaweya Amma student (Egypt's final secondary-school year) does not arrive from an ad to a sales page. They come from the center, from the WhatsApp group and from their parent. If that is your audience, paying in EGP, attendance and the parent will matter more to you than sales pages and upsell offers.

Is Manhali in Arabic? And how does language work on both platforms?

Yes, both platforms are in right-to-left Arabic. The difference is in the wording inside the dashboard: Snatr speaks the language of the teacher and the center, and Manhali the language of a trainer selling online.

In Snatr

  • An Arabic dashboard, with English as well.
  • Your site can be in Arabic, English or both.
  • The dashboard has groups, sessions, branches, attendance registers and parents.
  • Support in Arabic on WhatsApp and email.

In ⁨Manhali⁩

  • An Arabic dashboard.
  • You choose the site's language, currency and time zone in the settings.
  • The dashboard has courses, products, trainers and sales pages.
  • Support on WhatsApp, a Saudi phone number (+966) and email.

If you teach at language schools, you can show your Snatr site in English, or in Arabic and English together.

How to move from Manhali to Snatr

  1. 1

Try Snatr before you cancel anything

Open your Snatr account and use the 7-day free trial. Keep your Manhali subscription running until you are sure everything has moved. Note that your Snatr site closes when the trial ends without a subscription.

  2. 2

Gather copies of your videos and files

Collect the original copies of your lesson videos and PDF files on your computer. Upload the videos to Snatr so they are encrypted, and if you have free lessons on YouTube you can add their links instead of uploading them.

  3. 3

Create your courses and price them in EGP

Create each course with its lessons and exams, and set its price in EGP. Remember that Snatr's fee is added for the student on top of your price, so choose the price you want the student to see.

  4. 4

Enroll your current students without them paying again

Student records and passwords do not move between platforms on their own. A student who has already paid you can be enrolled in the course manually from the dashboard, with no commission, and then send them your new platform link.

  5. 5

If you run a center, set up branches and cards

Create your branches and groups with their schedules, and print a QR card for each student. Open an account for each assistant with the permissions you choose, and send each parent their sign-in details for their portal.

  6. 6

Cancel Manhali before the renewal date

Once your students start signing in to your new platform, cancel your Manhali subscription. Manhali's terms say subscription fees are not refunded once activated, so plan the move before renewal. If you have a custom domain on Manhali, ask Snatr support before you cancel.

Snatr's limits, before you sign up

We list them up front so you decide knowing everything.

  • Fewer marketing tools: Snatr has no affiliate marketing, no email marketing messages, no abandoned-cart messages and no drag-and-drop page builder.
  • No app under your name: no mobile app under your name on Google Play or the App Store. Your platform runs in the phone's browser.
  • One teacher per platform: no multiple teachers with split earnings on the same platform.
  • No messages to parents: no WhatsApp or SMS messages are sent to the parent automatically. The parent follows along from their portal on your site.
  • No installments: the student cannot pay in installments through valU or banks.
  • Screen recording is not blocked: and neither is a phone filming the screen. The watermark puts the student's name on the recording, which deters, but it is not proof.
  • Custom domain on Pro only: it is not available during the trial, and the Snatr team buys and connects it.
  • Live classes on the Pro plan only: that is 2,999 EGP a month, and Starter and Basic have no live classes.
  • Plan changes go through support: you do not change your plan yourself from the dashboard.
  • The first plan has 100 students: and each extra student is charged to you once, when they enrol. Students who only attend at the center do not count toward the plan.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a platform like Manhali in Egypt that accepts payment in EGP?

Yes, Snatr. It builds you a platform under your name like Manhali, but the student pays in EGP with Fawry, wallets and cards, and you withdraw to Vodafone Cash or InstaPay. It also has things Manhali does not: QR card attendance, branches and groups, a parent portal, live streaming from inside the platform on the Pro plan, and encrypted video with the student's name on it.

Is Manhali an Egyptian or a Saudi platform?

Manhali is an Arabic platform priced in Saudi riyals, and its contact number is Saudi (+966). Its pages talk about Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, and mention Egypt as a supported market without details. Snatr is made for the Egyptian teacher, and its prices are in EGP.

How much commission does Manhali take from my sales?

It depends on the plan: 5% on Starter, 2% on Growth, and 0% on Pro and Business, when you use Manhali's payment gateway. If you connect a payment gateway in your own name, Manhali's commission is 0% on every plan. Either way, the payment company's fees are deducted separately. On Snatr nothing is deducted from your price, and the fee is added for the student.

Is there a free trial on Manhali and on Snatr?

Yes, on both platforms. Manhali says its trial needs no credit card, and its length is not written on its pages. Snatr has a 7-day free trial, and your site closes when it ends without a subscription.

If my students exceed the plan, does registration stop?

On Snatr, no. A new student registers normally, and you pay for each extra student 15 EGP on Starter, 10 on Basic and 7 on Pro. On Manhali the first plan has 1,000 students and the rest have no student limit. But its help center says any resource that reaches its limit can stop you from adding anything new or uploading files.

Do I need to open an account with a payment company to receive students' money?

On Snatr, no. The student pays on your platform, and the money goes into your Snatr wallet and you withdraw it. On Manhali you can use Manhali's gateway with its commission, or connect a gateway in your own name at 0% commission, and a gateway in your own name needs a merchant account with the payment company.

Is there a mobile app for Manhali or Snatr?

Snatr has no app under your name on Google Play or the App Store, and the student opens your platform in the phone's browser. Manhali's pages do not mention a mobile app for students.

What does Manhali have that Snatr does not?

The drag-and-drop page builder, offers that suggest another course, and messages that bring back people who left their cart. Also more than one trainer in the same academy, a custom domain on every plan, and changing your plan yourself. In return, Snatr has Fawry and wallet payments, QR card attendance, branches and groups, a parent portal and live classes inside your platform, and these are not among Manhali's features.

If my students are outside Egypt, Snatr or Manhali?

If most of your students are in Egypt with some abroad, Snatr covers them. A student in Egypt pays with Fawry, wallets or cards, and a student abroad pays with an international card, charged in EGP and converted by their bank. Manhali is priced in riyals, connects Moyasar, Stripe and PayPal, and its pages do not mention Fawry or wallets.

Can I use Manhali and Snatr together?

You can, but you will pay two subscriptions, and your students may get confused between two links. If you sell professional courses to the Gulf and have a center in Egypt, you could keep the two businesses separate. But if both are for the same students, one platform is easier for you and for them.
