What is Ta3leemy (ta3leemy.online), and who is it for?

Ta3leemy is a service that gives a teacher a course platform under their own name, and its official website is ta3leemy.online. It describes itself as "an integrated education SaaS system for teachers, trainers and academies". In other words, you pay a monthly subscription and get a ready-made platform with no programming. The name "Ta3leemy" is used by many websites, so this comparison is only about the platform at ta3leemy.online.

Ta3leemy's prices are in Egyptian pounds, its website copy is in Egyptian Arabic, and its sign-up page has the Egypt code (+20) preset next to the mobile number. Its website says more than 1,000 teachers trust it and that it has more than 50 thousand active students. These figures are published on their website, and we found no other source for them.

Ta3leemy's strength is in 3 clear things. Students are unlimited on every plan. Students pay with top-up cards they buy from you or from distributors. And your students get a mobile app on the Pro and Premium plans, which it says blocks screen recording.

What Ta3leemy's page does not mention is the part many teachers in Egypt need every week: live classes, card and Fawry payment, center attendance and parent follow-up. Its website is a single page, so there may be things that are not written down. That is why the table says "Not stated", not "Not available".

Snatr, at snatr.com, also builds you a platform under your name, but it was built for teachers and tutoring centers in Egypt from the start. Students pay online in EGP, and live classes, the center and parents are in one account. If you are also comparing Snatr with other platforms, see all Snatr comparisons.

How much does Ta3leemy cost? And what do you get for your money on Ta3leemy and on Snatr?

Ta3leemy starts at 299 EGP a month with unlimited students, and its first plan has 5 GB. Snatr starts at 999 EGP for 100 students and 50 GB, with card, Fawry and wallet payments, center attendance and a parent portal included.

In Snatr

  • Starter: 999 EGP a month, 100 students, 50 GB, and 15 EGP per extra student.
  • Basic: 1,999 EGP, 200 students, 150 GB, and 10 EGP per extra student.
  • Pro: 2,999 EGP, 400 students, 300 GB, 7 EGP per extra student, plus live classes and a custom domain.
  • An extra student is charged once when they enroll, not every month, and enrollment does not stop.
  • You get your price in full, and the platform fee is added on top of your price for the student.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • Basic: 299 EGP a month, unlimited students, 5 GB and one assistant.
  • Pro: 699 EGP, unlimited students, 100 GB, 5 assistants, an Android app and a custom domain.
  • Premium: 999 EGP, unlimited storage, unlimited assistants, and an Android and iPhone app.
  • Annual payment: 2,999, 6,999 and 9,999 EGP a year.
  • Commission and payment fees are not written on their page.

Ta3leemy's prices are from its plans page on 7 October 2026, paid monthly. Their page does not mention a commission or payment fees, so the calculation sets them at zero, and if there are fees the difference shrinks. If you sell top-up cards, the cost of printing them and any distributor cut are not included in the calculation. On Snatr the student pays the platform fee on top of the 300 EGP, so if you want them to pay exactly 300, set your price a little lower.

The subscription difference is small once you divide it by your students. With 100 students, the difference between Snatr Starter and Ta3leemy Basic is 700 EGP a month, or 7 EGP per student. Against their Pro plan the difference is 300 EGP, or 3 EGP per student.

Storage decides which Ta3leemy plan you will need. An hour of lessons at 720p takes roughly 0.7 to 1.1 GB, depending on compression. So the 5 GB on Basic covers about 4 to 7 hours of lessons. If you upload a full term of lessons, you will probably need Pro at 699 EGP.

With 400 students, Snatr's Pro plan is 2,999 EGP a month and includes 300 GB, live classes and a custom domain. Ta3leemy's Pro is 699 EGP with 100 GB, and its page does not mention live classes. If you pass 400 students, each extra student on Snatr costs 7 EGP once when they enrol, and Ta3leemy has no student limit.

What you pay extra on Snatr buys things not mentioned on Ta3leemy's page: online payment by card and Fawry, withdrawals to Vodafone Cash and InstaPay, center attendance by QR card and a parent portal. The Pro plan adds live classes too. See Snatr's pricing in detail.

In short: Before you compare prices, work out how many hours of video you will upload in the term, and ask Ta3leemy about commission and payment fees. Those two numbers will decide which plan you actually need.

Does Ta3leemy (ta3leemy.online) accept payment in EGP, Fawry and mobile wallets?

Ta3leemy says it relies mainly on top-up cards that students buy from you or from distributors, and that it supports wallets. Card and Fawry are not mentioned. On Snatr, students pay online in EGP by card, Fawry and wallets, and you can also print top-up cards to sell for cash.

In Snatr

  • Students pay in EGP by card, Visa and Mastercard.
  • Fawry: the student gets a code and pays it at any Fawry outlet within 24 hours.
  • Mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash.
  • You withdraw to Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or your bank account.
  • A student paid you cash? You sell them a printed top-up card, or enroll them in the course manually with no commission.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • Top-up cards: the student buys the code from you or from distributors and unlocks the course right away.
  • "Activating purchase codes" is listed on the Basic and Pro plans.
  • Mobile wallets are mentioned, with no details on how they work.
  • Card (Visa and Mastercard) and Fawry are not mentioned.
  • How wallet money reaches you, and after how long, is not stated.

Top-up cards are a real advantage in Egypt, and both platforms have them. A student without a bank card can buy the code in cash and type it in their account to unlock the course. On Snatr a code either opens a course or group for a number of months or sessions, or adds credit to the student's balance on your site.

On Snatr the student can also pay cash through Fawry at any outlet, or with a wallet such as Vodafone Cash. If they paid you cash at the center, you enroll them in the course manually with no commission.

On Snatr the money goes into your wallet, and becomes available to withdraw after a safety period that is currently 7 days. The minimum withdrawal is currently 100 EGP. With Ta3leemy, ask before you subscribe: how is wallet money transferred to you, and after how long?

In short: If most of your students are used to buying cards with cash, both platforms support that. If you also want students to pay online from home by card or Fawry, Snatr is easier.

Video protection on Ta3leemy and Snatr: which stops downloading, and which stops screen recording?

Snatr encrypts uploaded video, download tools fail on it, and this protection is measured. Ta3leemy says it encrypts videos and blocks screen recording in its app, without details or a published measurement.

In Snatr

  • Uploaded video is encrypted, and its key goes to the browser's decryption module, not to the page.
  • Downloader extensions, "paste the link and download" sites and yt-dlp cannot download it.
  • A watermark that moves across the video and shows the student's name.
  • A student is signed in on one device at a time: signing in on a new device signs the old one out.
  • Screen recording is not blocked, and the watermark only deters.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • It says "high encryption for videos" and "the latest encryption technologies".
  • Blocking screen recording is listed for the app, and the app is on Pro and Premium.
  • The type of encryption, a watermark and the number of devices are not stated.
  • Their terms forbid account sharing, and an account may be closed because of it.

The measurement on Snatr: without the key, the file comes out as noise, with a similarity to the original of only 10.6 dB. With the key it comes out intact at 59.9 dB, and the higher the number, the closer the picture is to the original. Ta3leemy has not published any measurement like this.

Blocking screen recording in the app is an advantage for Ta3leemy, and Snatr has no app and does not block screen recording. But no platform can stop a second phone from filming the screen from outside. The watermark on Snatr makes the student's name show on any recording or footage.

On iPhone and iPad, video on Snatr plays normally, and ready-made download tools fail there too. But the protection on them is somewhat weaker against a technically skilled person. This protection covers video you upload, not a YouTube link. Learn the details of video protection on Snatr.

Does Ta3leemy have live classes and exams?

Ta3leemy's page does not mention live classes at all, and mentions a question bank, exams and student reports. Snatr has live classes inside your own platform on the Pro plan, auto-graded exams and a full report on each student.

In Snatr

  • Live classes on your platform with no Zoom, with chat, hand raising and a mic for the student.
  • Live class attendance is recorded automatically: present or late.
  • Auto-graded exams and homework, with the grade shown to the student and the parent.
  • A report on each student: lessons completed, grades and live class attendance.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • Live classes are not mentioned anywhere on their page.
  • "Question bank and exams" is listed on the Basic plan.
  • "Smart reports": who watched the lesson, who did the homework, and each student's level.
  • Question types and automatic grading are not stated.

If you teach live classes every week, ask Ta3leemy before you subscribe, because live classes are not mentioned on their page. If they are not there, you will need another program such as Zoom, and attendance will not be recorded on your platform.

On Snatr, assistants can manage the class: the mics, the chat and who gets in. Live streaming is not encrypted like uploaded video: it carries a watermark and a temporary link, and screen recording works. Recording the class is a feature you switch on, and when it runs, the recording is added to the student group.

Exams on Snatr include true or false, multiple choice and multiple answers, all graded automatically. There is also a written question you grade yourself, in group exams only.

I run a center: Ta3leemy or Snatr for attendance, parents and assistants?

Snatr is built for centers: branches and groups, QR card attendance, a parent portal and assistants with permissions. Ta3leemy's Pro plan says "turn your center into a complete professional platform", but the page does not mention attendance, branches or parents.

In Snatr

  • Branches and groups with schedules and seat limits, and an attendance register for each session.
  • Attendance by a printed QR card for each student, or manually.
  • A parent portal on your website, where the parent sees their child's attendance and grades.
  • Unlimited assistants, and you choose which screens each one sees.
  • 4 ready-made permission presets: front desk, branch supervisor, academic assistant and full access.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • One assistant on Basic, 5 on Pro, and unlimited on Premium.
  • Assistant permissions are not stated.
  • Center attendance, branches and groups, and a QR card are not mentioned.
  • A portal or app for parents is not mentioned.

A Snatr QR card carries a signed code that cannot be forged, and an assistant scans it at the door. But the card can be photographed and sent to someone else, so this is attendance by card, not by fingerprint.

If you remove a permission from an assistant, it is removed at that moment, without them having to sign out and back in. The center and your online courses are in the same account and the same dashboard.

In short: If you run a center, Ta3leemy will cover your online teaching, and you will still need a notebook or another program for attendance and parents, unless they confirm otherwise. See center management on Snatr.

A site in your name, a custom domain and an app: Ta3leemy or Snatr?

Both give you a site in your name. Snatr has 30 ready designs, and on Pro the Snatr team buys and connects your domain, with the first year free. Ta3leemy lists a custom domain and a mobile app on its Pro plan at 699 EGP.

In Snatr

  • A site in your name from day one.
  • A custom domain on Pro only, and the Snatr team buys it and connects it, with the first year free.
  • No app under your name, and students open your platform in the phone's browser.
  • 30 ready-made designs you edit without code, and your first two designs are free.
  • Your website can be in Arabic, English or both.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • Your own link (a subdomain) on Basic.
  • A custom domain (.com) is listed on Pro and Premium.
  • An Android app on Pro, and Android and iPhone on Premium.
  • They say the app has alerts and notifications for students.
  • Website designs, and who pays to renew the domain, are not stated.

If your students are used to opening an app on their phone, Ta3leemy has one on Pro and Premium. Your Snatr platform runs in the phone's browser, with nothing for the student to install.

Ta3leemy's FAQ page says the custom domain is "on paid plans", while the pricing page lists it on Pro and Premium only, so check with them. On Snatr, once the domain is connected, the old link redirects to it automatically, along with your Google ranking. Browse Snatr's designs.

How do you start with Ta3leemy and with Snatr, and what is support like?

On Ta3leemy you sign up with your name, email and mobile number from the "Start free" button, and the length of any free trial is not written. On Snatr you have a 7-day free trial, and support is in Arabic on WhatsApp and email.

In Snatr

  • A 7-day free trial, and your website closes when it ends without a subscription.
  • Support in Arabic on WhatsApp and email.
  • An Arabic right-to-left dashboard, also available in English.
  • Changing plans goes through support, not the dashboard.

In ⁨Ta3leemy⁩

  • Sign-up with name, email, mobile number and password.
  • No free plan on the pricing page, and the trial length is not written.
  • "24/7 technical support" on Basic, and "a dedicated account manager" on Premium.
  • No WhatsApp number or email for contact on their home page.

Before you choose, try both yourself. Open an account on each platform, upload a lesson, and buy the course from your phone as if you were a student. Then ask each platform the same questions: what is the commission, how does the money reach me, and where are live classes?

How to move from Ta3leemy to Snatr

  1. 1

Try Snatr before you cancel anything

Open your Snatr account and use the 7-day free trial. Keep your Ta3leemy subscription running until you are sure everything has moved. Note that your Snatr website closes when the trial ends without a subscription.

  2. 2

Prepare copies of your videos and files

Gather the original copies of your lesson videos and PDF files on your computer. Upload the videos to Snatr so they are encrypted. If you have free lessons on YouTube, you can add their link instead of uploading them.

  3. 3

Build your courses and set their prices in EGP

Create each course with its lessons and exams, and set its price in EGP. Remember that Snatr's fee is added on top of your price for the student, so choose the price you want the student to see.

  4. 4

Enroll students who already bought cards

Top-up cards sold for your courses on Ta3leemy will not work on Snatr. A student who already paid you can be enrolled in the course manually from the dashboard with no commission, and then send them the link to your new platform. If you still have unsold cards, settle them with your distributors before you move.

  5. 5

If you run a center, set up branches and attendance cards

Create your branches and groups with their schedules, and print a QR card for each student. Open an account for each assistant with the permissions you choose, and send each parent their login details for their portal.

  6. 6

Cancel Ta3leemy before the renewal date

Once your students start using your new platform, cancel your Ta3leemy subscription. If you have a custom domain on it and want to move it, ask Snatr support before you cancel. A custom domain on Snatr is on the Pro plan only.

Snatr's limits, before you sign up

We list them up front so you decide knowing everything.

  • No app in your name: your platform runs in the phone's browser, and there is no app on Google Play or the App Store.
  • The subscription starts at 999 EGP a month: there is no lower plan and no free plan, apart from the 7-day free trial.
  • Student count is tied to the plan: an extra student is charged once when they enroll, at 15, 10 or 7 EGP depending on your plan. Enrollment does not stop.
  • Screen recording is not blocked: nor is a phone filming the screen. The watermark puts the student's name on the recording, which deters, but it is not proof.
  • Custom domain on the Pro plan only: at 2,999 EGP a month, and not available during the trial.
  • No messages to parents: no WhatsApp or SMS messages are sent automatically. The parent follows along from their portal on your website.
  • No affiliate marketing: and no email marketing messages.
  • Changing plans goes through support: you do not change your plan yourself from the dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Snatr or Ta3leemy (ta3leemy.online): which is better for a teacher in Egypt?

Ta3leemy or Snatr: what is the difference?

Does Ta3leemy take a commission on my sales?

Ta3leemy's page does not mention a commission or payment fees, so ask them before you subscribe, especially about wallet payments. Is there a free trial on Ta3leemy and on Snatr?

Ta3leemy has a "Start free" button, but the trial length is not written, and there is no free plan on the pricing page. Snatr has a 7-day free trial, and your website closes when it ends without a subscription.

What does Ta3leemy have that Snatr does not?

Unlimited students on every plan, an app in your name, and blocking screen capture in the app. Also a custom domain from the Pro plan at 699 EGP, while on Snatr it comes with Pro at 2,999 EGP. In return, Snatr has card and Fawry payments, live classes, center attendance and a parent portal, and Ta3leemy's page does not mention these.

Can I use Ta3leemy and Snatr together?

Yes, but you will pay two subscriptions, and your students may get confused between two links. Snatr alone has top-up cards, online payment, live classes and the center, so one platform is easier for you and for them.
