What is the TGO platform, and who is it built for?

TGO is an Egyptian platform that builds a teacher a web platform and a mobile app in their own name, along with a center management system called TGO Center. Its main site is tgo-eg.com, the center site's copyright is held by "TGO for Information Technology", and its prices are in EGP.

TGO presents itself as several separate services, each with its own site. The teacher platform and app are at manasa.tgo-eg.com, and the center system for attendance and fee collection is at center.tgo-eg.com. Alongside them are AI services for revision after class, and the Sinjapp app for parents to follow along. Its site says so itself: "The center has its own separate site".

TGO's real strength is the center and the app. The center system has one-tap attendance, an attendance app that keeps working offline, accounts for fees and overdue payments, and instant alerts to parents. It markets this with the line "WhatsApp got banned? Don't let your work stop", the idea being that parent follow-up there does not depend on a personal WhatsApp number that could be banned.

TGO says on its site that it supports hundreds of teachers and tutoring centers in Egypt, and that figure is its own. What is missing from its pages is the online selling part: no mention of students paying online, no live streaming of classes, and the teacher platform's price is not published.

Snatr, at snatr.com, is one platform with the center and online teaching together. It has a site in your name, courses with encrypted video, online payment in EGP, live classes, branches and QR card attendance, and a parent portal. If you are comparing Snatr with other platforms, see all Snatr comparisons.

How much does TGO cost? And what do you get for your money on TGO and on Snatr?

TGO Center costs 299 EGP a month for the center system alone, up to 200 students, plus a 1,000 EGP setup fee, and the price of the teacher platform is not published. Snatr costs 999 EGP for the center, the online platform and online payments together, with no setup fee.

In Snatr

  • Starter: 999 EGP a month, 100 students, 50 GB, and each extra student is 15 EGP.
  • Basic: 1,999 EGP, 200 students, 150 GB, and each extra student is 10 EGP.
  • Pro: 2,999 EGP, 400 students, 300 GB, each extra student is 7, plus live classes and a custom domain.
  • No setup fee, and there is a free 7-day trial.
  • The center, the online platform and online payment in the same subscription.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • The center system: from 299 EGP a month, for up to 200 students and one teacher.
  • A one-time setup fee of 1,000 to 3,000 EGP with the monthly subscription.
  • If you pay a year in advance: from 2,990 EGP a year, with no setup fee.
  • The teacher platform and app: the price is not published, and is set after a demo on WhatsApp.
  • A free trial is not mentioned, and there is a free demo with their team.

TGO Center prices are from its page on 7 October 2026. For the center system alone, the first year paid monthly is 4,588 EGP (12 months at 299 EGP, plus a 1,000 EGP setup fee), or 2,990 EGP if you pay a year upfront. The online teacher platform comes on top of that, at a price that is not published. Snatr Starter is 11,988 EGP a year, and includes the center, the online platform and online payments.

These prices are from the TGO Center page on 7 October 2026. Two of the three plans start at a lower price in the first month: Growth at 499 EGP then 599, and Professional at 599 then 999. According to TGO's site, courses and video are on the teacher platform, and the center is a separate system for attendance and fee collection.

TGO Center's Professional plan holds up to 5,000 students and 50 teachers for 999 EGP a month after the first month. It is a plan for a large center with many teachers, and it covers the center system only, without the online platform.

On Snatr, if your students exceed the plan, enrollment does not stop, and each extra student is charged at your plan's extra student price. A student counts only once enrolled in a course or a group on the platform, so a center student who only attends a branch with no online enrollment does not count. On TGO Center each plan has a maximum for students, teachers and groups, and TGO says you can upgrade the plan as your work grows.

On Snatr your full price reaches you. A student who pays online pays the payment fee on top of your price, and a student who paid you cash is enrolled manually with no commission at all. See Snatr's prices in detail.

In short: Ask TGO for the teacher platform and app price in writing before you compare, because what is published on its site is the center system's price only.

Does TGO accept payment in EGP, Fawry and mobile wallets?

TGO's pages do not mention that a student can pay online, whether by card, Fawry or wallet. The center system tracks money that is collected. On Snatr the student pays online in EGP, and you withdraw to Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.

In Snatr

  • The student pays in EGP by card, Visa and Mastercard.
  • Fawry: the student gets a code and pays it at any Fawry outlet within 24 hours.
  • Mobile wallets such as Vodafone Cash.
  • The money goes into your Snatr wallet, and you withdraw it to Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or a bank.
  • Your full price reaches you, and the platform fee is added for the student on top of your price.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • Students paying online is not mentioned on any of their pages.
  • The center system tracks students' subscriptions, sessions and the fees they owe.
  • Income, expense and net profit reports for the center.
  • Overdue alerts, and the parent sees the amounts owed on Sinjapp.

According to TGO's pages, the center system records and tracks money that is collected, and does not say a student can pay online through it. That is enough for a center whose students pay at the door. If you have online students in other governorates, ask TGO before you subscribe: how will the student pay me?

On Snatr the money becomes available to withdraw after a safety period, currently 7 days, and the minimum withdrawal is currently 100 EGP. You do not need to open an account with any payment company.

But Snatr has no accounts for the center itself: no tracking of monthly group fees, arrears or center expenses. TGO Center has these accounts.

Video protection on TGO and Snatr: which one prevents leaks better?

Snatr encrypts the video file itself, so download tools fail, and that is measured. TGO blocks screen recording inside its app if you turn that feature on, and puts a barcode on the video, but does not mention file encryption.

In Snatr

  • The video file is encrypted, and its key goes to the decryption module in the browser, not to the page.
  • Download extensions, paste-your-link sites and yt-dlp cannot download it.
  • A watermark that moves across the video, carrying the student's name.
  • A student is signed in on one device at a time: signing in on a new device signs the old one out.
  • Screen recording is not prevented, and the watermark only deters.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • Blocks screenshots and screen recording inside the app, if you turn it on.
  • A barcode that appears on the lesson video.
  • You set how many devices each student gets, and make an exception for a particular student.
  • You set how long viewing access lasts, and who can open which course.
  • Encryption of the video file is not mentioned, and neither is protection from download tools.

At Snatr we measured the protection. The file without the key comes out as noise, with a similarity to the original of only 10.6 dB. With the key it comes out intact at 59.9 dB, and the higher the number, the closer the picture is to the original. TGO has not published any measurement like this.

TGO blocks screen recording inside its app, and Snatr does not block it. But no software can stop a second phone filming the screen, which is why the watermark matters on both platforms.

On iPhone and iPad, video on Snatr plays normally, and ready-made download tools fail on them as well. But the protection there is a little weaker against a technically skilled person. This protection covers the video you upload, while a YouTube link in a lesson stays an ordinary YouTube video. Learn the details of video protection on Snatr.

Does TGO have live classes and online exams?

TGO's pages do not mention live streaming of classes, and it has self-grading exams and an AI assistant for revision. Snatr has live streaming inside your platform on the Pro plan, self-grading exams, and no AI.

In Snatr

  • Streaming inside your platform, without Zoom or Google Meet, with chat and raise hand.
  • You can give a student the mic, and assistants moderate the mics, chat and joining.
  • Class attendance is recorded automatically: present or late.
  • Exams and homework grade themselves, and the grade is visible to the student and the parent.
  • No AI assistant for students.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • Live streaming of classes is not mentioned on any of their pages.
  • A quiz after each lesson that grades itself, with an instant result for the student.
  • An AI assistant that revises with the student from the same lesson and gives practice questions.
  • Their main site says the AI services are still under development.

TGO's teacher platform site says "AI ready". The main site says its services are "under development", and that the conversation shown is "a concept" and not a final version. So if this assistant matters to you, ask to see it working in the demo.

Recording a live class on Snatr is a feature that gets switched on, and when it is on, the recording is added to the students' group. The live stream is not encrypted like uploaded video: it carries a watermark and a temporary link, and screen recording still works.

In short: If you teach live classes every week to students at home, Snatr saves you Zoom, and their attendance is recorded alongside center attendance in the same record.

TGO or Snatr for the center and parents?

Both have QR attendance and parent follow-up. Snatr brings the center, online teaching and online payments into one account, with branches, groups and assistants with permissions. TGO Center is a separate center system, with center accounts and several teachers.

In Snatr

  • Branches and groups with their schedules and each group's number of seats, and an attendance register for each session.
  • Attendance with a printed, signed QR card for each student, or a manual register.
  • A center student does not need an email or an online account.
  • Assistants and front desk staff with their own accounts, and 4 ready-made permission presets.
  • The center, online courses and live classes in the same account.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • One-tap attendance, and an instant notification to the parent.
  • An attendance app that scans the student's QR code or barcode, and keeps working offline.
  • Center accounts: subscriptions, amounts owed, expenses and net profit.
  • Up to 10 teachers on Growth and 50 on Professional, along with front desk staff.
  • Branches are not mentioned, and groups range from 15 to 200 depending on the plan.

A QR card on Snatr carries a signed code that cannot be forged, and the assistant scans it from the dashboard on a phone or computer. But the card can be photographed and sent to someone else, so this is attendance by card, not by fingerprint. Scanning needs an internet connection.

The four assistant presets are front desk, branch supervisor, academic assistant and full access. If you remove a permission from an assistant, it is removed at that very moment, without them signing out and back in.

Center accounts and several teachers in one account are in TGO Center, and Snatr has neither. But TGO Center is a system for the center only, and online teaching is a separate platform at a price that is not published. If you are a teacher who teaches at a center and online, Snatr brings both together in one subscription.

In short: See center management on Snatr: branches, groups, attendance and assistants. If you are comparing center software, also see Snatr vs Daftra and Snatr vs DEXEF.

Parent follow-up: a portal on your site or the Sinjapp app?

TGO sends parents instant alerts and a monthly report on the Sinjapp app. Snatr gives them a portal on your site that they open in the browser, showing their child's attendance at the center and in live classes, grades and payments, without alerts.

In Snatr

  • A portal on your own site, which the parent enters with a password you set.
  • The parent sees their child's attendance at the branch and in live classes, in one place.
  • They see grades and payments, if their child is enrolled in your online courses.
  • A page with the days the child was absent or late at the center, but no alert reaches their phone.
  • One parent follows all their children from the same account.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • The Sinjapp app on Android and iPhone, with a link code sent by the teacher or the center.
  • An instant notification to the parent as soon as attendance is recorded.
  • The parent sees attendance, absences, grades and the amounts their child owes.
  • A monthly report with attendance, grades, amounts owed and notes.

In the stores Sinjapp describes itself as a chat, messaging and calling app, and TGO uses it as a channel for parent follow-up instead of a personal WhatsApp number. On Snatr too, follow-up does not depend on your number, because the parent signs in to their portal on your site.

On Snatr, the advantage is that the parent sees the center and online teaching together. Whether their child attended the class at the branch or joined the live stream from home, both are on the same page. The portal is view-only, and no one can see any child other than their own.

Snatr sends no automatic WhatsApp or SMS messages to parents. The parent opens their portal and sees attendance, grades and payments on one page.

A platform and app in your name: TGO or Snatr?

TGO says it builds you a web platform and an iPhone and Android app with your name and logo, and its team sets them up. Snatr gives you a site in your name with 30 designs you edit yourself, and has no mobile app.

In Snatr

  • Your platform starts on a site in your name.
  • A custom domain such as mybrand.com on the Pro plan: the Snatr team buys and connects it, and the first year is free.
  • 30 ready-made designs where you edit text, colors and images without code, and the first two designs are free.
  • Your site can be in Arabic, English or both.
  • No mobile app in your name. The student opens your platform in the phone's browser.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • An iPhone and Android app with the teacher's name and logo, according to the platform's site.
  • A web platform with courses, lessons and quizzes, synced with the app.
  • Their team sets up the web platform and the app, starting with a demo on WhatsApp.
  • In the center system, the custom domain is on the Professional plan only.
  • Ready-made designs to choose from are not mentioned.

The apps published on the stores today are under TGO's own name: "TGO Video Show" on the App Store, and "tgo" on Google Play. Their demo request page says these are "reference links to current trials", and that the app in the teacher's name "will be offered as a separate track". So ask them in the demo: will the app be published on the store under your name?

On Snatr, the custom domain is not available during the trial. Once it is connected, the old link redirects to it automatically, and your Google ranking moves with it.

If you want a site whose look you choose and edit yourself today, without waiting for a demo, browse Snatr's designs.

How do you get started with TGO and with Snatr, and who helps you?

On Snatr you sign up and start a free 7-day trial yourself. With TGO you send a message on WhatsApp, their team gives you a demo and sets up your platform, and the center system is activated in less than a day after the subscription is confirmed.

In Snatr

  • You sign up at snatr.com and start a free 7-day trial, without waiting for anyone.
  • You set up your courses and site yourself from an Arabic dashboard, which also has English.
  • Support in Arabic on WhatsApp and by email at support@snatr.com.
  • No import of the student list from an Excel file. You add them from the dashboard.

In ⁨TGO⁩

  • The teacher platform starts with a free demo you request on WhatsApp.
  • Their team sets up the web platform and the app in your name, and stays with you at the start.
  • The center system is activated in less than a day after the subscription details are confirmed.
  • They help you move student data from Excel, and they train front desk staff.
  • Ongoing technical support, and an AI assistant for the teacher, front desk staff and parents.

If you do not want to deal with anything technical, the TGO team sets things up with you. If you want to start today and try it yourself before talking to anyone, Snatr is faster.

On Snatr, your site closes when the trial ends without a subscription. Plan changes after that go through support.

How to move from TGO to Snatr

  1. 1

Try Snatr before you stop anything

Open your Snatr account and take the free 7-day trial. Keep TGO running until you are sure everything has moved. Note that your Snatr site closes when the trial ends without a subscription.

  2. 2

Ask for a copy of your students' data

Ask TGO for your list of students, their groups and their parents in a file. Snatr has no Excel import, so you will add them from the dashboard, and the file will make the work easier.

  3. 3

Create your branches and groups, and print the cards

Create each branch and its groups with their schedules and number of seats, and add the students to them. Then print a QR card for each student, so the assistant can scan it at the door.

  4. 4

Open accounts for assistants and parents

Open an account for each assistant and choose a permission preset for them. Create an account for each parent with a password, link it to their children, and send them the link to their portal on your site.

  5. 5

Upload your lessons and create your courses

Upload your videos to Snatr so they get encrypted, or add a YouTube link for free lessons. Set each course's price in EGP, and enroll a student who paid you cash manually, with no commission.

  6. 6

Stop your TGO subscription before renewal

Once your students and their parents start signing in on Snatr, contact TGO and stop your subscription before the renewal date. If you want your data deleted, their account deletion page says to send a request to the support email.

Snatr's limits, before you sign up

We list them up front so you decide knowing everything.

  • No app in your name: your platform opens in the phone's browser, and there is no app on Google Play or the App Store.
  • No phone alerts to parents: no WhatsApp, SMS or push notifications are sent automatically. The parent sees absences and lateness when they open their portal.
  • No center accounts: Snatr does not track group fees, overdue payments or center expenses. Only online payments are recorded automatically.
  • One teacher per platform: there are no several teachers with split earnings in the same account.
  • Screen recording is not prevented: nor is a phone filming the screen. The watermark puts the student's name on the recording, which deters, but it is not proof.
  • No AI: no assistant that revises with the student after class.
  • QR attendance needs internet: scanning is done from the dashboard, and does not continue if the connection drops.
  • No Excel import: you add your students from the dashboard.
  • The first plan is 999 EGP a month: there is no cheaper center-only plan, because online teaching and online payments are in every plan.
  • Custom domain on the Pro plan only: and not available during the trial. Plan changes go through support.

Frequently asked questions

Is tgo eg TGO's official site?

Yes. tgo-eg.com is TGO's main site, and from it you reach two other sites: the teacher platform and app at manasa.tgo-eg.com, and the center system at center.tgo-eg.com. The center prices are published on its site, and the teacher platform price is set after a demo on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between Snatr and TGO, in short?

Snatr is better for a teacher or a center in Egypt, because it is one platform with the center and online teaching: branches, QR card attendance and a parent portal, together with courses with encrypted video and online payment in EGP, from 999 EGP a month. Live classes come with Pro. TGO has a separate center system from 299 EGP, a teacher app, and the Sinjapp app for parent alerts, and the price of its online platform is not published.

Is TGO Egyptian?

Yes. The center site's copyright is held by "TGO for Information Technology", its contact numbers are Egyptian, its prices are in EGP, and it says it supports teachers and centers across Egypt. Snatr is also built for the Egyptian teacher, with prices in EGP.

What is Sinjapp, and how do parents follow along with it?

Sinjapp is a messaging app on Google Play and the App Store. TGO uses it so parents can follow attendance, absences, grades and amounts owed, and receive an instant alert and a monthly report, after the teacher sends them a link code. On Snatr the parent enters their portal in the browser on your site, without an app, but no alerts reach their phone.

Is there a free trial on TGO?

TGO's pages do not mention a free trial. There is a free demo you request on WhatsApp, and their team shows you the platform before you pay. The monthly center subscription comes with a setup fee from 1,000 EGP. Snatr has a free 7-day trial you start yourself, and your site closes when it ends without a subscription.

How much is the TGO platform and app in the teacher's name?

The price is not published on TGO's sites as of 7 October 2026. You request a demo on WhatsApp, and the price is set after that. What is published is the center system's prices only: 299, 599 and 999 EGP a month after the first month, plus a setup fee. All of Snatr's prices are published, starting at 999 EGP a month.

My WhatsApp number got banned. How do I keep parents updated?

On Snatr the parent enters a portal on your site with a password you set. There they see their child's attendance, grades and days absent or late, without relying on your number. But Snatr does not send messages or alerts, so the parent has to open the portal. TGO solves the same problem with the Sinjapp app, which delivers instant alerts.

Does Snatr take a percentage of my sales?

No. On Snatr your full price reaches you. If the student pays online, the payment fee is added for them on top of your price, and is not deducted from you. A student who pays you cash is enrolled manually with no commission at all.

If my students exceed my Snatr plan, does enrollment stop?

No. A new student enrolls as normal, and you pay for each extra student 15 EGP on Starter, 10 on Basic, and 7 on Pro. On TGO Center each plan has a maximum for students, teachers and groups, and TGO says you can upgrade the plan as your work grows.

Can I use TGO Center and Snatr together?

You can, but you will pay two subscriptions and record each student's attendance in two places. If you want TGO Center for center accounts and Sinjapp alerts, and Snatr for online courses and live classes, that is possible. But Snatr on its own has attendance, branches and a parent portal, so if you do not need expense accounts or alerts, one platform is easier for you and your students.
