What is Hader (hadereg), the tutoring center software, and who is it for?

Hader is software for running private-lesson tutoring centers in Egypt, and it describes itself as "the center's operating system". Its website is hadereg.com, its prices are in EGP, and its interface is Arabic, right to left.

The software is built for the center's daily work. It has attendance by QR, by a tap or by student code, fee collection with full or partial payments, and a cash count at the end of the day. It also has online and printed exams, a parent portal inside the app, and an AI assistant.

Hader is focused on the center itself. Check-in keeps working when the internet drops, and the parent gets a notification on their phone the moment their child arrives. There is one price, 600 EGP a month, with no student limit. It runs on Android, Windows and the web, and the iPhone is "coming soon".

What Hader does not have is online teaching. The software allows notes and links for each group, but selling courses, protected video, live classes and online card payment are not stated on its website.

Snatr at snatr.com brings both together in one account: the center with its branches, QR card attendance and parent portal, plus your website, courses, encrypted video and payment in EGP. If you are comparing other center software, see all Snatr comparisons.

How much is Hader, and what do you get in a Snatr subscription?

Hader is 600 EGP a month, with no student limit, for running the center. Snatr starts at 999 EGP a month and includes the center plus your website, courses, encrypted video and online payment, so you need no second platform to teach online.

In Snatr

  • Starter: 999 EGP a month, 100 students, 50 GB, and 15 EGP per extra student.
  • Basic: 1,999 EGP, 200 students, 150 GB, and 10 EGP per extra student.
  • Pro: 2,999 EGP, 400 students, 300 GB, 7 per extra student, plus live classes and the custom domain.
  • An extra student is charged once, and a branch student with no online enrollment does not count toward the plan.
  • The center, courses and online payment are in the same subscription, with no setup fee.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • One subscription: 600 EGP a month, with all 15 tools.
  • Six months for 3,000 EGP instead of 3,600, and a year for 6,000 instead of 7,200.
  • No student limit, and the price stays the same however big the center grows.
  • Accounts for secretaries and teachers with no fee per user.
  • A free 7-day trial with no card.

Example: a teacher with 100 students paying 300 EGP a month, teaching at the center and online

On Snatr you keep 29,001 EGP, with the center, website, courses, encrypted video and online payment in one subscription

Hader's price is from the pricing section of its website on 10 October 2026. On Snatr, the student pays the online payment fee on top of the 300 EGP. Over a year, Snatr Starter is 11,988 EGP, and Hader is 7,200 monthly or 6,000 on the yearly plan.

These prices are from the pricing section of Hader's website on 10 October 2026. Hader says it takes no commission on the money you collect, in cash or by transfer.

An example from Snatr: if you have 120 students enrolled in courses or groups on the Starter plan, you pay for 20 extra students at 15 EGP. That is 300 EGP once, and the seats stay yours. A center student who attends a branch with no online enrollment does not count toward the plan at all.

On Snatr you get your price in full. The online payment fee is added on top of your price for the student, and a student who paid you cash is enrolled manually with no commission. See Snatr's pricing in detail.

Does Hader accept payment in EGP, Fawry and mobile wallets?

Hader records cash, and transfers by InstaPay or a wallet with a receipt that the parent uploads and the center confirms, with no commission. Snatr has online payment by card, Fawry and wallets, plus top-up codes you sell for cash.

In Snatr

  • The student pays on your website by card, a Fawry code, or a wallet such as Vodafone Cash.
  • The money goes into your Snatr wallet, and you withdraw to Vodafone Cash, InstaPay or the bank.
  • Cards with codes that you print and sell for cash; a code unlocks a course or group or adds credit.
  • Discount coupons by percentage or a fixed amount, once per student.
  • No tracking of monthly center fees or a cash drawer.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • A monthly cycle, full or partial payment, and a special price for any student.
  • A receipt for every payment, and two-step confirmation of cash received.
  • A cash count at the end of the day, with any shortfall or surplus shown at once.
  • Transfer by InstaPay or a wallet, with a receipt the parent uploads and the center confirms.
  • Online payment by card or Fawry is not stated.

The difference here is who receives the money. On Hader the money reaches you directly, in cash or by transfer, and the software organizes it. On Snatr the student pays on your website, and the money goes into your wallet, which you withdraw after a safety period of currently 7 days.

The daily cash count, partial payments and a PIN lock on the money screens are in Hader, and not in Snatr. In return, on Snatr the student pays on your website by themselves, and the course opens without anyone checking a receipt.

Snatr's top-up codes bridge the two approaches. You sell the card for cash at the center, and the student types the code on your website to unlock the course or group by themselves. You set coupons for the whole site, or for a course, group or stage.

Does Hader have online courses and protected video?

Hader is software for running the center, with notes and video or file links for each group. Selling courses, uploading video and protecting it are not stated. Snatr sells courses with encrypted video on your website, and well-known download tools cannot save it.

In Snatr

  • Courses with video lessons you upload, or a YouTube link for free lessons.
  • Uploaded video is encrypted, and download extensions and yt-dlp cannot save it.
  • A moving watermark on the video with the student's name.
  • A student account works on only one device at a time.
  • The student signs in with a phone number or email and finds their courses in one place.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • Notes and links for each group, video or file.
  • Homework with due dates.
  • Uploading video to the software itself is not stated.
  • Video encryption or a watermark is not stated.

At Snatr we measured the protection. The file without the key comes out as noise, with a similarity to the original of only 10.6 dB. With the key it plays cleanly at 59.9 dB, and the higher the number, the closer the picture is to the original.

Screen recording is not blocked on Snatr, and neither is a phone filming the screen. The watermark deters, because the student's name shows on the recording, but it is not proof. On iPhone and iPad the protection is a little weaker against a technically skilled person.

If you send your students video links today, a link passes from one student to another easily. On Snatr the video plays only from the student's account, on one device at a time. Learn how video protection works on Snatr.

Live classes and online exams: Hader or Snatr?

Both have online exams that grade themselves, and Hader also has a PDF exam paper for printing. Snatr has live classes on the Pro plan and completion certificates, and neither of those is stated for Hader.

In Snatr

  • Exams and homework that grade themselves, with the grade shown to the student and the parent.
  • The exam timer runs on the server, so refreshing the page gives the student no extra time.
  • Live classes inside your platform on Pro, with chat, raised hands and the mic for students.
  • Live attendance is recorded automatically: present or late.
  • A printable course completion certificate with a QR code that opens a verification page.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • Multiple choice and true or false are graded at once; essays are reviewed question by question.
  • They say grading 200 students takes under 10 minutes.
  • The student solves with their own code and password, so nobody can sit in for someone else.
  • A PDF exam paper and answer key with the center's branding.
  • Live classes are not stated.

The printed exam paper is a real Hader feature for a center that still tests on paper. Snatr exams are online only, and Snatr has no exam paper for printing.

Recording a live class on Snatr is a feature that has to be switched on, and when it is on, the recording is added to the students' group. Live classes are not encrypted like uploaded video: they carry a watermark and a temporary link, and screen recording works.

In short: If you teach live classes to students at home, Snatr replaces Zoom, and live attendance is recorded next to center attendance.

Hader or Snatr for running a tutoring center?

Both record attendance with a QR card or by hand, and both have assistants with permissions. Hader has offline check-in and a cash drawer. Snatr has branches and groups with seat counts, and brings center and live attendance, the parent portal and courses into one account.

In Snatr

  • Branches and groups with their schedules and seat counts, and a register for every session.
  • A printed, signed QR card for each student; statuses are present, late, absent or excused.
  • An attendance rate per group and branch, and a record per student covering center and live.
  • Assistants with their own accounts, 4 permission templates, and a log of their key actions.
  • Scanning needs internet, and there is no fee collection or cash drawer.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • QR by camera, a tap on the student's name, or an 8-digit code.
  • A USB barcode reader on Windows, and check-in works without internet.
  • Partial payments, receipts, a daily cash drawer, and a PIN lock on the money screens.
  • Secretaries with detailed permissions, and an activity log of every sensitive action.
  • An early warning about students whose absences rose or grades dropped.

Offline check-in is a Hader feature. If the internet drops at the center, attendance is saved on the device and sent when it comes back. On Snatr, scanning happens in the dashboard and needs internet.

On Snatr, the QR card carries a signed code that cannot be forged, and the assistant scans it from a phone or a computer. But the card can be photographed and sent to someone else, so this is attendance by card, not by fingerprint.

The four assistant templates are front desk, branch supervisor, academic assistant and full access. If you remove a permission from an assistant, it is gone at that moment, without them signing out and back in.

On Snatr you also choose the fields on the student registration form: governorate, city, stage, a photo of the national ID and the parent's phone. See center management on Snatr.

Parent follow-up: the Hader app or the Snatr portal?

Hader sends the parent a notification on their phone the moment their child arrives, with a chat with the teacher inside the app. Snatr gives the parent a portal on your website with center attendance, live attendance and grades, without notifications.

In Snatr

  • A portal on your own website, opened with a password you set.
  • The parent sees their child's attendance at the branch and in live classes, in one place.
  • The parent sees grades and payments if the child is enrolled in your online courses.
  • One parent follows all their children from the same account.
  • No notifications or messages reach the parent's phone.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • A notification of check-in and check-out arrives even when the app is closed.
  • Receiving is on Android for now, and the parent has to install the app once.
  • The parent sees attendance, grades and payments, even with children in more than one center.
  • A private chat with the teacher, and a ready WhatsApp message sent from your number with a tap.

A notification that arrives by itself is a real Hader feature. Many parents expect a message after the class, and not all of them will open a portal. But the notification is on Android only for now, and the parent has to install the app.

On Snatr, the portal opens in any browser on an iPhone or Android phone, with nothing for the parent to install. It is view only, and nobody can see a child who is not their own.

A website in your name or an app with your center's brand?

Hader puts your center's name, color and logo on the app, the student cards and the exam papers. Snatr gives you a website in your name with 30 designs, where a new student finds your courses, signs up and pays.

In Snatr

  • Your platform on a site in your name, with the custom domain on Pro.
  • 30 designs whose text, colors and images you edit with no code; the first two are free.
  • Each website has its own sitemap, so Google can find your pages.
  • No mobile app in your name. Students open your platform in the phone's browser.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • White label: the center's name, color and logo across the whole app.
  • An Android app (APK), a Windows program and the web, on the same account.
  • The iPhone version is marked "coming soon".
  • A center website that new students can visit is not stated.

A custom domain such as mybrand.com is available on Snatr's Pro plan only, and not during the trial. The Snatr team buys and connects it, and the first year is free with the plan.

Hader's app is built for running the center from the inside, and for parents. Snatr's website is your storefront for students: it shows your courses and prices, and students sign up and pay there. See Snatr's designs.

How do you get started with Hader and with Snatr, and who helps you?

Both have a 7-day trial with no card. Hader says it sets you up itself over WhatsApp, and that your data is yours even if you stop. On Snatr you sign up and set up your website yourself, with support in Arabic on WhatsApp and email.

In Snatr

  • You sign up at snatr.com and start the trial right away, without waiting for anyone.
  • An Arabic dashboard, right to left, with English too.
  • Support in Arabic on WhatsApp and email at support@snatr.com, 24 hours a day.
  • No import of the student list from Excel. You add students from the dashboard.

In ⁨Hader⁩

  • You install the app, register your center's name, color and logo, and add your groups and students.
  • They set you up over WhatsApp if you need help.
  • "Your data is yours even if you stop", according to the pricing section.
  • A referral program: if a teacher you recommend subscribes, you get free days.

On Snatr, your website closes when the trial ends without a subscription. Changing your plan after that is done through support.

How to move from Hader to Snatr

  1. 1

Try Snatr before you stop anything

Open your Snatr account and use the free 7-day trial. Keep Hader running until you are sure everything has moved. Note that your Snatr website closes when the trial ends without a subscription.

  2. 2

Get a copy of your student data

Hader says your data is yours even if you stop, so ask them for your list of students, groups and parents. Snatr has no Excel import, so you will add them from the dashboard with the list in front of you.

  3. 3

Create your branches and groups and print the cards

Create each branch and its groups with their schedules and seat counts, and add the students. Then print a QR card for each student so the assistant can scan it at the door.

  4. 4

Open accounts for assistants and parents

Open an account for each assistant and pick a permission template. Create an account for each parent with a password, link it to their children, and send them the link to their portal on your website.

  5. 5

Start online teaching and top-up cards

Upload your videos to Snatr so they are encrypted, and set a price in EGP for each course. If your students are used to paying cash, print top-up cards and sell them at the center.

  6. 6

Decide how you will track the cash drawer

Snatr has no cash drawer and no tracking of monthly group fees. Decide how you will track them before you stop your Hader subscription.

Snatr's limits, before you sign up

We list them up front so you decide knowing everything.

  • No center accounts: Snatr does not track monthly group fees, late payers or the cash drawer. Only online payments and top-up codes are recorded automatically.
  • No parent notifications: no WhatsApp, SMS or notifications are sent automatically. The parent sees attendance and grades when they open their portal.
  • QR attendance needs internet: scanning happens in the dashboard and does not continue if the internet drops.
  • No app in your name: your platform opens in the phone's browser, and there is no app on Google Play or the App Store.
  • No AI assistant: you see figures and reports on their screens, not by asking in plain words.
  • One teacher on the platform: there is no way to have several teachers with split earnings in the same account. If your center has many teachers, each one needs their own platform.
  • No cheaper plan for the center alone: the first plan is 999 EGP for 100 students, and it includes the center and online teaching together.
  • No Excel import: you add your students from the dashboard.
  • Screen recording is not blocked: nor is a phone filming the screen. The watermark puts the student's name on the recording, which deters, but it is not proof.
  • Live classes and the custom domain are on Pro only: the domain is not available during the trial. Changing your plan is done through support.

Frequently asked questions

Snatr or Hader: which is better for a teacher in Egypt?

Snatr is better for a teacher or a center owner in Egypt. It has the center with its branches, attendance and parent portal, plus a website in your name, courses, encrypted video and online payment in EGP, in one subscription from 999 EGP. Hader is center software at 600 EGP a month with no student limit, and it has offline check-in and a daily cash drawer. But selling courses, protected video and card payment are not stated on its website, so to teach online you would need a second platform beside it.

Is hadereg.com the official website of Hader?

Yes. Hader's website is hadereg.com, with its features, prices, app download and a blog. It describes itself as "the center's operating system" for private-lesson tutoring centers in Egypt.

How much does Hader cost?

According to their page on 10 October 2026: 600 EGP a month with every tool, and no student limit. Six months cost 3,000 EGP, and a year costs 6,000. There is a 7-day trial with no card. Snatr starts at 999 EGP for the center and online together.

Does Hader work without internet?

Check-in does. According to their website, the app opens with the data from the last sync, and attendance is saved on the device and sent when the internet comes back. Money needs internet. On Snatr, QR scanning needs internet.

Does Hader send WhatsApp messages to parents?

Hader sends a notification from the app to the parent's phone at check-in, and receiving is on Android for now. If you want WhatsApp, the message opens ready and you send it from your own number with a tap. Snatr has no messages or notifications, and the parent follows along in their portal.

Does Hader have an iPhone app?

Not yet. Hader runs on Android, Windows and the web, and the iPhone version is marked "coming soon". Snatr has no app, and your platform opens in the browser of any phone, iPhone or Android.

Can I sell cards or codes to students on Snatr?

Yes. You print cards with codes and sell them for cash at the center. A code either unlocks a specific course or group, or adds credit to the student's balance on your website. There are also discount coupons by percentage or a fixed amount, once per student.

Does Snatr take a cut of my sales?

No. On Snatr you get your price in full. If the student pays online, the payment fee is added on top of your price for them, and it is not deducted from you. A student who pays you cash is enrolled manually with no commission at all.

If my students go over the plan on Snatr, do I pay for them every month?

No. A new student enrolls as normal, and an extra student is charged once when they enroll, not every month: 15 EGP on Starter, 10 on Basic, and 7 on Pro. A center student who attends a branch with no online enrollment does not count at all.

Can I use Hader and Snatr together?

You can, but you will pay two subscriptions and record each student's attendance in two places. You could use Hader for the cash drawer and parent notifications, and Snatr for the website, courses, video and live classes. But Snatr alone has attendance, branches and a parent portal, so if you do not need the cash drawer or notifications, one platform is easier for you and your students.
